2. Services

Through the website, you can obtain information about our services and view sample products available in our portfolio. The information displayed is for informational purposes only and may change without prior notice. The products are unique, handmade jewelry items.

After receiving an order, customers are given the opportunity to specify their individual requirements, such as material selection, color, size, style, and possibly special requests. Based on these requirements, the prices displayed on the website may change.

The production time is generally 7 working days, which will be finalized during the consultation process.

3. Ordering Process

Online orders available on the website can be placed as follows:

  • Select the desired jewelry item or service and add it to the cart. The cart represents an order intent only and not a specific product, as the product will be individually created according to your requirements.

  • Provide the necessary information to complete the order.

  • An order confirmation will be sent by email. Payment methods, shipping conditions, and other details are available on the website.

Actual payment, invoicing, and delivery take place only after the product has been individually completed, based on personal consultation.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment for the order is generally made offline, in the manner agreed upon during the individual order consultation (e.g. bank transfer).

  • The jewelry prices displayed are indicative prices and may change during order finalization, taking individual requirements into account.

  • An advance payment may be required for the production of custom products, if agreed during the consultation.

  • Before delivery of the completed jewelry, an invoice will be issued in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council and Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product. Details regarding the right of withdrawal and the return process can be found in the Customer Information section.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products and services made to individual order.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information on the website but assumes no liability for inaccuracies, errors, or any damages arising from the use of the website.

7. Processing of Personal Data

Personal data provided during the use of the website is processed by the Service Provider in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and the Hungarian Infotv. (Act CXII of 2011).

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Hungarian law. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the GTC without prior notice. The amended terms enter into force upon publication.
